During our onboarding process we ask for an email from you. Your email is then sent a 'create an account' link. After opening the 'create account link' you create your own password. Once your password is created, this 'create account link' expires. Now you have your own portal!
You don't need to go looking for your original email invite. Simply click the link above to get to the login page!
Your username is the email you provided us and the password was created by you. If you forgot your password, click 'forgot password' under the login. Then look in your email inbox for the 'reset password link'.
The easiest way to check is through clicking the login link above and clicking 'forgot password'. Then type in an email address you would give our associates and see if you are sent a 'password reset link' email in your inbox.
If you don't receive a 'password reset link' email, try another email address you would give our associates.
If no 'password reset link' emails are sent to any email addresses you've tried, then you do not have a portal. Contact portal administrator to get a portal.
